Drive explosive user growth for our newly launched crypto exchange by leveraging Bitcoin fork coins and a disruptive commission structure. Build a global network of crypto marketing firms, influencers, and community partners to onboard 1 million users organically in the first 6 months.  

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Execution:  

• Develop a 360° organic growth strategy targeting Bitcoin fork coin communities, traders, and crypto newcomers.  
• Design incentive programs using fork coins + commissions to attract partners (firms/influencers) and users.  
• Prioritize high-growth regions (Asia, Latin America, Africa) and fork coin ecosystems.  

2. Partnership & Business Development:  

• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard 50+ global crypto marketing agencies, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and community managers.  
• Structure win-win deals: Partners earn fork coins + commissions for driving user sign-ups and trading volume.  
• Forge alliances with Bitcoin fork projects (e.g., joint airdrops, liquidity mining).  

3. Sales & User Acquisition:

• Optimize referral funnels: Users earn fork coins for inviting friends (e.g., "Invite 5 friends ⇒ get $50 in Bitcoin XX").  
• Launch viral campaigns targeting fork coin holders (e.g., "Migrate your BCH/BSV to us ⇒ 0% fees + 10% bonus").  
• Track CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value), and conversion metrics daily.  

4. Marketing & Community:  

• Lead organic channels: Reddit, Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and fork coin-specific forums.  
• Create "Fork Coin University" content (webinars, tutorials) to educate traders.  
• Manage guerrilla marketing: memes, AMAs, fork coin "rescue campaigns" (e.g., "Lost your BTC keys? Trade BCH here!").  

5. Reporting:

• Weekly performance dashboards showing user growth, partner ROI, and fork coin adoption.  
• Pivot tactics based on real-time data to hit 1M users by Month 6.  

Skills & Experience

Proven Track Record:  

• 3+ years in crypto marketing/sales, with experience scaling user bases (exchange, DeFi, or wallet).  
• Portfolio of organic campaigns that acquired 100K+ users.  

Crypto Expertise:  

• Deep knowledge of Bitcoin forks (BCH, BSV, BTG), commission models, and exchange mechanics.  
• Existing network of marketing firms/KOLs in crypto.  

Execution Mastery:  

• Fluency in performance marketing (SEO, viral loops, community growth).  
• Expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).  

Mindset:

• Obsessed with hitting "impossible" targets. Thrives in 0-to-1 chaos.  
• Fluent in English + 1+ language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic).  

Compensation  

• Base Salary: Competitive Rs 300,000 to Rs 400,000 per month (based on experience)

Bonuses:  

•  10% of net revenue generated from partner-driven users.  
•  $50K milestone bonus for hitting 1M users at 6 months.
