| Job Description: |
A Technical Assistance Associate provides support to users at local & remote Offices for Desktop PCs & notebook hardware / Software problem diagnosis & troubleshooting. Configuration/Setup of Desktop PCs & Notebooks for end users.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Following standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
