We are looking for a dedicated, driven, and goal-oriented Inbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent English communication skills and prior experience handling U.S.-based inbound sales campaigns, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls professionally with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Engage clients through effective questioning and active listening to understand their needs. Provide detailed information about our services and confidently address client inquiries. Manage client relationships from first contact through to completion. Coordinate internally to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet or exceed defined sales targets and quotas. Accurately maintain client records including feedback and communication details. Track and report KPIs including call volume, conversions, and sales performance.
Who You Are:
A strong communicator with fluent spoken English. Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with U.S. time zones). Experienced in U.S. inbound sales campaigns (minimum 1 year required). A confident, persuasive individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets. A team player with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in BPO, sales, or call center environments. Strong sales closing techniques. Creative thinking and adaptability. |
