We seek a detail-oriented Male Accounts Officer to manage financial operations for our fuel station network. Based in our central office, you will handle bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and compliance reporting to ensure accurate financial records and seamless station operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoices, receipts, and payments for fuel procurement, vendors, and maintenance.
• Reconcile daily fuel sales (cash/electronic) and station collections.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and staff expense claims.
• Maintain ledgers in accounting software.
• Generate P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile fuel inventory records with physical stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Safeguard financial data integrity.
• Resolve payment discrepancies with station managers.
• Manage digital/physical financial archives.
• Assist in payroll processing (if required).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.com or related field.

Experience

•  3+ years in accounts sectors will be preferred.

Skills:

•  Proficiency in accounting software (Company Own) & MS Excel.
