Job Description:

You will be engaging with UK-based businesses, identifying their challenges, earning their interest, booking in high-quality meetings, and setting the stage for major sales. Every qualified meeting you generate brings revenue into the business — and commission into your pocket.

Based in: Bahria Town, Lahore

Key Responsibilities 

Lead-to-Meeting Conversion

  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for sales conversion
  • Introduce our services to new businesses and convert them into clients
  • Get in contact with prospects/ businesses who have made an enquiry
  • Secure meeting bookings directly into calendars of senior closers

Sales Presentations

  • Demonstrate the value of the products or services.
  • Tailor each conversation to meet the specific needs and pain points of prospects.
  • Confidently handle objections and turn them into opportunities

Relationship Building

  • Be able to develop trust and build rapport with prospects
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow-Up

  • Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
  • Confirm meetings to ensure high show-up rates
  • Keep track of communication with prospects to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Schedule future calls with prospects

Sales Tracking and Reporting

  • Utilise CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Work directly with closers and the team lead for pitch refinement
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Stay updated on product changes, enhancements, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback from customers that can help improve products and services.
