This role involves working night shifts full-time to support our business needs. Experience in the medical billing industry is highly valued but not required. The specialist will optimize content using various tools such as SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics, and utilize content management systems like WordPress to implement SEO strategies effectively. This position does not involve team management but requires close collaboration with marketing and content teams to achieve measurable improvements in search engine rankings and website performance. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of backlink analysis and SEO analytics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research using SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and other SEO tools to identify high-potential search terms.
• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, header tags, URL structures, and content adjustments to improve website relevance and ranking.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, generating regular reports for continuous improvement.
• Implement technical SEO best practices such as improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and fixing site errors.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify gaps and opportunities in website structure, content, and backlink profiles.
• Execute backlink analysis and develop link building strategies to enhance domain authority and support search engine ranking improvements.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing and new content for SEO, ensuring alignment with keyword strategies and audience intent.
• Manage website content through Content Management Systems such as WordPress, ensuring SEO-friendly architecture and usability.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends, adjusting strategies promptly to maintain or improve rankings.
• Work night shifts full-time, maintaining consistent productivity and communication during assigned hours to meet company goals.
